All of our products are grown chemical and treatment free, however they are NOT certified organic. Our seeds are sold for planting only and not for consumption. 

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or cash on collection.  We process our credit card payments with Square Online Checkout. Your personal information is encrypted and securely processed without you leaving the security of our website. 

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. 

Once an order is placed we cannot change, modify or combine existing orders or alter the method of payment. 

Domestic/ Australian shipping only. Due to quarantine laws we CANNOT ship to TAS and WA. 

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Due to Covid 19, the postal service is experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights and increased parcel volumes. Packed with Love is not responsible for any delays or non delivery due to Australia Post.  

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 3 days for dispatch of order, it is usually much sooner than this.  We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been posted. 

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. 

We offer 3 options for delivery:

Tracked Letter postage  - $3.50

Parcel Post with tracking - $10.00

Express Post with tracking - $12.00

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable. We recommend using a tracked postage service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment.  You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

For refund and returns please send an email to lee@packedwithlove.net and provide us with the following information:

Full name, contact number, receipt of purchase, order number and reason for return.
